Why is my order still pending after payment?

Your order status may remain pending for several reasons:

  1.  The order is under review
    If this is your first order with us, it is likely undergoing a manual review. Initial orders are typically reviewed by our billing or verification team and may take up to one business day (In most cases, reviews are completed within 1–4 hours.)
    On rare occasions, subsequent orders may also be reviewed before provisioning if necessary.

  2. Additional information required
    If our team needs more information to proceed, we’ll contact you via email or support ticket. Please check both your Inbox and Spam folder, and respond at your earliest convenience to avoid delays.

  3. Order is being provisioned
    Your service is currently in the provisioning process. Some services, such as Dedicated Servers, may require additional time to complete setup.

  4.  Payment not yet received
    Payments made with Bitcoin, check, or ACH can take longer to process and confirm.
