What if my server HDD/SSD fail?

If your hard disk fails, you can install a new hard disk and then the following steps will allow you to restore your server backup:

  1. Access the Acronis web console and download the ISO file.
  2. Attach the downloaded ISO to your server.
  3. Boot your server from the ISO, which will launch a GUI (Graphical User Interface).
  4. Through the GUI, connect your server to the cloud and proceed to download or restore your most recent server backup.
