We block ports on Cloud Servers for security reasons.
- Ports that are blocked by default on unmanaged cloud servers.
- SMTP port (25)
SMTP Port is blocked permanently on entry-level cloud server plans, however, for higher plans, we can make exceptions. Please contact sales for eligibility.
To send emails from your Cloud Server, we highly recommend using a dedicated email deliverability platform (e.g., Sendgrid or Mailgun) for better deliverability and IP reputation handling.
