How to reinstall an OS on my server?

If you already have an OS installed on your server and want to change or reinstall it, you can do this from Client Area (One Portal)

  1. Log in to your account, Select: Services > My services > Manage Product > OS Reload
  2. Choose the OS from the list and check the confirmation checkbox.
  3. Copy the root/admin password that has been generated or wait until the OS reload is done and refresh the page to see the new root/admin password.

In case you want to change from free to Paid OS (e.g. Linux to windows), please open a sales ticket.
