If you already have an OS installed on your server and want to change or reinstall it, you can do this from Client Area (One Portal)
- Log in to your account, Select: Services > My services > Manage Product > OS Reload
- Choose the OS from the list and check the confirmation checkbox.
- Copy the root/admin password that has been generated or wait until the OS reload is done and refresh the page to see the new root/admin password.
In case you want to change from free to Paid OS (e.g. Linux to windows), please open a sales ticket.
